Identification and Prioritization of Required Managerial Competencies for Healthcare Management Graduates in Iran Health System

Background. Students and graduates in the field of health management will be future managers field. Improving skills system as one main pillars service organizations is essential to meet needs community. Therefore, this study aimed identify prioritize key required by healthcare system. Methods. This was performed three steps using method content analysis, Delphi, factor analysis. In first step, a semi-structured interactive in-depth interview used determine for managerial jobs system, data were analyzed based on analysis method. The sample size 14 experts. second Delphi designed build consensus skills. participants scored 44 extracted from interviews through three-point Likert scale disagree agree (from 1 3), then divided into several component groups Results. study, needed graduated students identified 10 components. Conclusion. Costs resources allocated training should need labor market workspace.
